Delivery and Postage Information

At The Cottonmill we believe that it is essential that all our products reach you in perfect condition and on time. In order to achieve the highest standard we have partnered with the Royal Mail Group plc. & DHL express.

Postage Information

All orders that are in stock and received before 12:30pm GMT, will be dispatched the same day.
Any orders received after 12:30pm GMT or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
All Orders are fully insured in transit, if in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or not at all you can contact us via info@thecottonmill.com.
Delivery times and prices depend on the weight of your order and where the goods are being sent to.

Postage Prices

Postage and packaging costs will be added to the value of your order, which you can view prior to purchasing based on the following criteria:

UK and Northern Ireland	FREE delivery	£5.95
UK (Channel Islands)	£10	£15
ROI	£10	£12
Europe	£30	£40
USA	£25	£35
Rest of World	£35	£50

Delivery within the UK will generally be 1-5 working days from date of dispatch. Delivery to Republic of Ireland will generally be 2-8 working days from date of dispatch.

Delivery to USA Will generally be 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Estimated delivery time for all other destinations is 7 working days from day of dispatch.

All deliveries are guaranteed to reach you within 14 working days from dispatch.

Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge. Although additional gift wrapping services are available.
